Mayor inspects works

Mayor A.Jaya and Corporation Commissioner V.P.Thandapani inspected some of the on-going development works in K.Abishekapuram zone in the city on Friday.They also inspected the Khajapettai Corporation Elementary School and assessed the repair works needed and the drainage works to be taken up at Sangiliandapuram.

Ms.Jaya and Mr.Thandapani also inspected the newly constructed public toilet for differently-abled persons near the Community Centre at Sengulam Colony and the road development works at Khaja Nagar.

They also reviewed the drainage improvement works that need to be taken up at Ramalinga Nagar I Main Road and other works to be taken up at Weavers Colony and Kulathumedu.Deputy Mayor Asick Meera, City Engineer S.Raja Mohamed, Executive Engineers R.Chandran and S.Arunchalam were among those present on the occasion.
