EOs appreciated for achieving 100% tax collection
Vellore Collector P. Sankar appreciated the efforts of R. Anandan, S. Ganesh and D. Gunasekaran, executive officers of Kaveripakkam, Panapakkam and Pennathur town panchayats respectively in achieving 100% collection of property tax, profession tax, water charges and other taxes before March 22, 2013 for the financial year 2012-2013.
The
executive officers submitted the tax collection reports to the
Collector on Tuesday. The executive officers have been achieving 100%
collection continuously every financial year, S.M. Malayaman
Thirumudigari, Assistant Director of Town Panchayats, Vellore said in a
release.
