Training to dispose garbage
The Kerala Sustainable Urban Development Project has roped in technical
experts from Singapore to help city planners to scientifically dispose
urban refuse and treat sewage and waste water. In a press release here,
the project managers said the experts would head eight technical
seminars on the subject. The sessions would provide urban planners a
road map to reduce the pollution of canals, rivers and water bodies in
the city in the long run and in a sustainable manner. — Staff Reporter
