The plots will be auctioned with a 10% higher reserve price for corner
plots or plots located on 24 meter road and above as compared to reserve
price of normal plots.

These plots will be available on a
freehold basis in areas like Pitampura, Paschim Vihar, Zafarabad,
Dwarka, Vikaspuri, Yamuna Vihar and Rohini.

The two mostly
costly plots are two corner plots in Rohini Sector 18, with a 200 sqm
plot area, at a reserve price of Rs 7 crore, 48 lakh each.

The
other is a corner plot in Vikaspuri C-136, with a 160 sqm plot area and a
reserve price of around Rs 6 crore. Only one plot is available in
Pitampura and Paschim Vihar each.

There are 23 plots for
auction at Rohini, four at Zafarabad including two corner plots, four in
Vikaspuri and three in Yamuna Vihar.
