‘Complete projects before March 31’
Mayor A. Jaya has instructed corporation officials and
engineers to ensure the completion of all development work sanctioned
under Integrated Urban Development Mission (IUDM) before March end.
She chaired a meeting with officials to review the progress of work under the scheme.
Works to the tune of Rs.23.55 crore have been sanctioned in 46 packages under the IUDM.
Cement roads are being laid at 17 places and blacktopped roads in 23 places under the project.
Storm water drains are being built at six places.
