CHANDIGARH: Water supply to the city will be hit on Friday evening due to leakage in the main supply pipeline at the Kajauli water works.
The main supply pipeline was damaged on Wednesday. A team of the MC’s
engineering wing on Thursday made arrangements to repair the leakage.

“Repair work will start in the morning, so Water supply will be hit in
the evening,” said a senior official of the MC’s engineering wing. There
will be normal supply in the morning at 9 am while evening supply from 5
to 9 pm will not be available.
