Disconnection drive
Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board, in a drive
between April 22 and April 27 in different parts of the city,
disconnected 46 connections, issued notices in 42 cases and recovered
Rs. 2.53 lakh in dues. According to a BWSSB release, the drive was
conducted in Yelahanka A Sector, 3{+r}{+d}Phase, SFS 707, Shirke
Apartment, Blumefield Garden, Ramanna Garden, Chamundeshwari Layout, and
Chikkabommasandra of North 2 sub-division. The drive was conducted in
MNK Park, Mount Joy of South-West sub-division, Rajarajeshwarinagar of
West 3 sub-division, Kottanur Dinne of South 4 sub-division and Peenya
Areas of North-West 3 sub-division too.
