The building was being constructed by Dr Bhupendra Singh Yadav without
the sanctioning of map. A KDA squad led by Rakesh Kumar Yadav reached
the spot on Monday afternoon and sealed the building with the help of
police.

Meanwhile, in a review meeting of zone-3, the KDA
vice-chairman directed the officials to cancel the plots of 928
allottees. The defaulters had not deposited their arrears though the
stipulated time was over.

Notices were sent to the allottees
and they had been asked to deposit the arrears but the notice period was
over and defaulters had not made payments. As many as 28 allottees have
lost the plots in Vaishnavi Vihar scheme and seven allottees in Vasudha
Vihar scheme. Others had lost their plots in various schemes in Barra-2
scheme.
