Awareness drive on cleanliness
B. Kantraj, president, City Municipal Council (CMC),
said Kannada cine actor Shivarajkumar would take part in a programme
organised to create awareness on cleanliness on December 27. Addressing
presspersons here on Thursday, he said the programme is a unique
experiment of the CMC and actors have been roped in to convey the
message to the public. The programme will commence at 2 p.m. A
procession will be taken out from Nilkanteshwar temple to CMC.
