BBMB wins corporate greentech HR excellence gold awardPNS | Chandigarh
Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) under the able guidance of its chairman AB Agrawal, has won the Corporate Greentech HR Excellence Gold Award-2010 in the categories of Training Excellence and Best Strategy.
The innovative practices and rich human resource (HR) experience of the chairman helped BBMB represented through its HR team of human resource development (HRD) director GS Wason and HRD joint director BS Sabharwal win the award.
Going through a long process of submitting nomination papers along with the details of HR practices in BBMB, personal interviews, presentations and final selection assessed by a panel of four eminent Judges drawn from the senior level of HR field of PSUs and private companies, the BBMB team crossed every hurdle to win the laurels for the organisation.
In the award distribution function, held in Goa on Friday, the award was given by secretary to the Union Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Bhaskar Chatterjee.
The BBMB Team was selected from amongst 103 participating teams in all from various PSUs, Private Sector Companies and Government of India enterprises, in each of the four Corporate Award Categories and Individual Award Categories.
