BBMP gets new chief
Senior bureaucrat M Lakshminarayana, who would
replace Siddaiah as the next BBMP commissioner, has said financial
discipline and rain preparedness would top his priorities. He will
replace Siddaiah who retires on Friday.
Lakshminarayana,
who is at present the principal secretary in the Housing Department,
lauded Siddaiah for normalising the garbage problem.
