Complaint book at Amma canteens
To ensure that people get satisfied with the food and
the service at Amma canteens, the City Municipal Corporation has placed
complaint books for them to record their grievance, if any.
People
can record their complaints related to quality and quantity of food
served, cleanliness, availability of drinking water, and the behaviour
of those who serve the food.
Officials concerned
would take immediate action to rectify the complaints. Officials said
that food was prepared only for 300 people at each canteen.
