Copies of Master Plan 2031 to be available soon
Copies of the Master Plan 2031 for Mysore city that was
unveiled on Monday will be available to the public only after the
gazette notification, expected later this week.
Minister
for Medical Education S.A. Ramdas had announced that the Master Plan
would be made available to the public and satellite images of the town
planning area would be on display at the Nanjaraja Bahadur Choultry from
Tuesday. However, it transpired that Mysore Urban Development Authority
had made no such arrangements. When contacted, sources in MUDA said
that the Minister had made the announcement but draft copies could be
made available to the public only after the gazette notification by the
government. “The copies of the master plan will be made available to the
public later this week or from next week,” said the sources.
