Corporation lists legal steps against APTDC
The Kochi Corporation has informed the Kerala Lok Ayukta
that legal proceedings had been initiated against the Andhra Pradesh
Technology Development Corporation (APTDC) for some drawbacks in the
construction of the Brahmapuram waste treatment plant.
In
an affidavit, the corporation said that the bank guarantee of the APTDC
had also been invoked and all further payments to the APTDC blocked.
The affidavit was filed in response to a complaint filed by M.L. George.
