the implementing agencies for the various projects stated above. Almost
80 per cent of the project expenditure will come as Central Government

implementing agencies.
Excluding the solid waste management
project directly implemented by the Corporation, a detailed project
report (DPR) has to be prepared through various government departments
and submit it to Kerala Sustainable Urban Development Project (KSUDP),
the state-level nodal agency (SLNA). On receiving the state-level
sanctioning committee’s approval, the projects have to be submitted to
the Union Urban Development Ministry and implemented by the departments
concerned by remitting the set project share. Cooperation of Town
Planning Department, TRIDA, CRDP and NATPAC can be sought while
preparing the project report.
