Corporator opposes market works

Even as Mysore City Corporation (MCC) is chalking out the next steps to take up the restoration works of the markets here on its own, a corporator has opposed the move.
BJP Corporator M Pradeep Kumar representing ward number 14 in the city corporation has cautioned the Mayor Sandesh Swamy against implementing the decision, as it ain’t a rosy path.
Making a list of issues that MCC had to face if it goes ahead further, Pradeep Kumar has held the Mayor responsible for the possible mess that would arise in the future.
Instead the civic body can launch the works under public-private-partnership (PPP) as there are many success stories to its credit, he demanded.
