Deluxe public utility centre inaugurated in cityStaff Reporter | Bhopal
Urban Administration and Development Minister Babulal Gaur on Monday inaugurated the ultra modern deluxe public utility centre at the busy Ibrahimpura locality of the State capital.
This public utility centre has been constructed by the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) with the support of Sulabh International Social Service Organisation. Local corporator Radha Singhal was especially present on the occasion.
Urban Administration and Development Minister Babulal lauded the systematic construction of the ultra modern centre. He inspected the centre soon after making it public and was all praise for the separate arrangements made for males, females and physically challenged persons.
He said, “This public convenience centre is highly systematic and full of facilities. Both shopkeepers and customers visiting the busy market area would be benefited from it.”
The Bhopal Municipal Corporation in collaboration with the Sulabh International Social Service Organisation is constructing deluxe public convenience centres in busy areas of the city.
The Ibrahimpura centre is the 20th in the series constructed by the BMC in the city. Semi deluxe public convenience centres have also been constructed by the Bhopal Municipal Corporation at many places. Bhopal Municipal Corporation City Engineer AK Nanda, Sulabh International chairman PC Gupta, vice-chairman Vinod Sharma and a large number of persons including shopkeepers were present on the occasion.
