Disruption in water supply
The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board
(BWSSB) on Sunday said that raw water supply to Cauvery Stage IV phase I
and II from the MS Gate installed at the Shiva Balancing Reservoir will
be stopped for four hours on Tuesday.
The Board said
the decision had been taken due to growth of weeds and water supply
would be affected in Vijaya Bank Layout, Hongasandra, HSR Layout, KR
Puram, HRBR, HBR and BTM Layout, Koramangala, JP Nagar, Chandra Layout,
Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Dasarahalli, GKVK, Mahalakshmi Layout, Nandini
Layout, Rajajinagar, Byataray- anapura, Sahakaranagar, RT Nagar and
surrounding areas.
