The Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) handed over 30 cents
of land to construct the station for the Kochi Metro Rail at
Kadavanthra on Thursday.
Benny Behanan MLA, who is also the member
of the GCDA executive committee, handed over the documents to KMRL
managing director Elias George.
Along with the documents, the sketches of the land were also handed over to the KMRL MD.

Dominic Presentation, Anwar Sadath and other officials concerned were
present on the occasion.“The GCDA has given a total of 30 cents of land
in front of its office for the station of the Kochi Metro Rail.
The
documents for 28 cents were handed over on Thursday. The remaining two
cents of land, which is under the possession of the KSEB will be handed
over to the KMRL soon,” he added.
