Online property exhibition from October 16

Pune:  CREDAI-Pune will organise an online property exhibition in the city from October 16. Nearly 40 prominent builders and developers will be participating in the 15-day exhibition, which will showcase around 300 projects, said a press release.

CREDAI- Pune has tied up with Mantra Media, which has developed a special tool for the event. Anuj Bhandari, chairman of the exhibition committee said, “The main aim of the exposition is to make the process of buying a convenient experience. Consumers will get to see all the projects at one place, at the click of a mouse.”

The exhibition will also enable visitors to interact with prominent people from the city such as the heads of the Pune Municipal Corporation and the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporations, the Mayor and so on through live chats. “We are also trying to rope in people such as Vidya Yerwadekar and Deepak Shikharpur who can give people various insights into the city,” said Satish Magar, president, CREDAI-Pune. The online exhibition will be available 24X7. “We have done this to ensure that people from any part of the world can access our website and get all the information they need at any given time,” added Bhandari.

The exhibition will showcase projects from 1 BHK to penthouses, row houses, offices and commercial spaces. The cost of the properties will range from Rs 14 lakh-8 crore. “We have received 1,143 registrations from places such as the US, Kuwait and Dubai apart from entries from various cities in our country,” he said.
