BBMP budget gets official nod?
BANGALORE: The government has approved the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike's ( BBMP) inflated budget of revised outlay Rs 8849.39 crore, highly-placed sources in the Palike have informed TOI.
"The budget has been approved. Wardwise works will be taken up soon," said a member of the Taxation and Finance committee which tabled the budget.
BBMP's biggest-ever budget was presented on August 30.
