HMDA team may inspect Spanish mosque

Hyderabad: A team of the HMDA is likely to inspect the Spanish mosque at Begumpet, which suffered cracks on its minarets and arches following blasts at a nearby construction site on S.P. Road, to study the structural stability of the 104-year-old structure.
The mosque is a listed heritage structure of the HMDA. Police have arrested three persons under Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosives Substances Act for using banned explosives for blasts at the site.
