MC auctions 13 SCOs for Rs 22.25 crore

The Ludhiana Municipal Corporation on Tuesday auctioned its 13 shop-cum-offices near Hotel Keys on Pakhowal road for Rs 22.25 crore. Out of the total 17 SCOs, 13 were auctioned. The base price was kept at Rs 1.50 crore per SCO and bidding went upto a maximum of Rs 1.73 crore and a minimum of Rs 1.70 crore. Total earning was Rs 22.25 crore.

Two shutters razed

Assistant Town Planner of Zone D, MC, Rajinder Sharma on Tuesday led demolition of two shutters carved out in a residence of Green Park area.
