BDA to invite tenders for Kempe Gowda Layout
The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) will
soon call tenders for the formation of Nadaprabhu Kempe Gowda Layout.
This decision was taken at their board meeting held on Monday, BDA
Commissioner T Sham Bhat said.
The project has around 14 packages and costs about Rs 700 crore. Tenders will be called within a week or ten days.
The
layout would be spread across 12 villages of Kengeri hobli in Bangalore
South taluk. As per the final notification, the layout will be spread
across 4,043 acre.
The BDA aims to develop around 60,000 sites and make
it a model layout with sites and apartments, having horizontal and
vertical growth.
