BMRDA files affidavit on ring road construction
Justice Rammohan Reddy heard the petition filed by D N satish and others challenging land acquisition notification for the project and the BMRDA defended the project and land acquisition.
Dr S M Jaamdhar, Metropolitan Commissioner, BMRDA filed a detailed affidavit to the court stating that there was no need for the STPB's approval.
He stated that the government could approve the plan under Section 13 (3) of the BMRDA Act.
