The adjournment came in response to seeking of a couple of days more time by the Central Government Counsel for producing the plans and programmes on urban poverty alleviation and slum rehabilitation.

    While giving the Centre time till Thursday, the bench comprising Chief Justice     V  GopalaGowda and Justice I Mohanty directed the State Urban and Housing Development Secretary and Director of Urban Poverty Alleviation Programme to remain present in the court on the day.
