HUDCO cuts lending rate
KOCHI: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has effected a reduction of 50 base points in its floating rate on most of its lending portfolios of housing and urban infrastructure development. The interest would be 9 per cent to 11.5 per cent instead of 9.5 per cent to 12 per cent for loans up to Rs.15 lakh. For loans above Rs.15 lakh, the rate will be 12.5 per cent. — Special Correspondent
