Pay property tax on holidays too
TIRUPATI: Municipal Corporation of Tirupati has announced that the second half-yearly house tax, water tax and Underground Draining Scheme charges payable by Dec. 31 can be paid on the forthcoming holidays, viz., Sunday and Monday (Vaikunta Ekadasi) at its premises or in any e-seva centre in the city. Payment of the same during the said period will not attract any penalty, commissioner P. Mohan Reddy stated in a release. -Staff Reporter.
