Aggar Nagar is being maintained by Ludhiana Aggarwala Co-operative House and as per the complaint of former director Shiv Mittal, a shop was being constructed on a 250 square yard area which was meant for greenbelt. Mohinder Aggarwal, another resident of Aggar Nagar said, “We have learnt that the area was sold off for Rs 24 lakh and Rs 1 lakh was given in advance by the buyer. The members had given complaint last week and the building branch after examining the records, today demolished the shop.”
