MUDA allots 1,339 sites in Mysore

The Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) allotted 1,339 residential sites developed at Lalithadripura (South) and Chamalapura (Nanjangud) to beneficiaries here on Wednesday.

Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar inaugurated the allotment of sites through draw of lots, at a programme at the Kalamandira. Later, he symbolically distributed allotment letters (for 20x30 ft sites) to four beneficiaries.A total of 3,099 sites have been developed at Rabindranath Tagore Nagar, Lalithadripura and Chamalapura.

MUDA Commissioner C.G. Betsurmath said the allotment of sites at Lalithadripura (1,278 sites) and Chamalapura (61 sites) would be completed by Wednesday .“Site allotment at Rabindranath Tagore Nagar had to be put off due to technical reasons,” he said.
