80 sanitary trucks for SDMC
The South Delhi Municipal Corporation has given the go-ahead for procurement of 80 sanitary trucks. The corporation started the procurement after the proposal was cleared by its Standing Committee. In two weeks the sanitary trucks will be transporting refuse and silt to sanitary landfill sites. Since most of the old trucks engaged in sanitary work have become obsolete the authorities have been demanding new trucks for better sanitation management.
