HMDA despatches intimation letters

HYDERABAD: Duplicate copies of LRS/BPS intimation letters issued by the HMDA can be obtained either from HMDA Planning Department, Marredpally or respective zonal offices. The original intimation letters have already been dispatched to the postal addresses mentioned in the application forms, a press release said. The lists and details of payments due to HMDA are available on www.hmda.gov.in.
Applications for stilt + five-floor or buildings below 18 metres in height will be accepted and processed from June 1 at respective zonal offices of the authority, according to the release. HMDA also clarified that the Gram Panchayats are only authorised to issue residential building permissions for buildings up to ground + two-floors only. Any applications for buildings with more floors need to be sent to the HMDA zonal offices, it was stated.
