K Ashok Reddy, incharge executive director, chaired the programme at the head office while senior officials presided over it at the O&M offices.

Over 39 cases have been solved on the spot. Complaints were received from the water board consumers from Patherghatti, Malakpet, Jubilee Hills, Malkajgiri, Yousufguda, Attapur, Gowlipura, Old Mallepally, Shaikpet, Gudimalkapur and Himayathnagar.

The programme is scheduled on every Monday from 10 am to 1 pm at the water board head office at Khairatabad. The programme aims at facilitating a direct interaction between consumers and top officials so that the procedural delays could be avoided and grievances could be solved early.
