GMADA plans to auction SCOs, booths in DecemberPrabhmeet Luthra | Mohali
The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is planning for the auctions of SCOs and booths in December. Rising trends of real estate and positive condition of market seem to have encouraged GMADA officials to conduct the auction next month.
The SCOs and booths located in various parts in Mohali will be auctioned. GMADA is also planning for change in the reserved price so that the authority should not be in trouble as they faced during the last auctions conducted.
According to sources, GMADA officials had meeting about auctions agenda last week. It was decided that auctions will be conducted within this year. The GMADA is now on job for revision of reserve prizes and date of auction. The auction dates and new reserve prizes will be announced within this week.
Those SCOs and booths, which were included in last auctions will again include in coming auction. The booths of newly developed area will also include in this auction. Estate officer Balbir Singh Dhol also confirmed that GMADA has decided to auction the auction of Booths and SCOs.
