Multi-purpose hall in sector 29 Gymkhana Club in a year
GURGAON: Members of Gymkhana Club
in Sector 29 have a reason to rejoice as the Haryana Urban Development
Authority (HUDA) has plans to build a multi-purpose hall at the club.
The According to a source, the engineering cell is already ready with a
plan of the hall to be at a cost of Rs 3.46 crore.
The basement of the building housing the multi-purpose hall will see different sports activities taking place. While a badminton court will be built on the ground floor, the first floor will have a tennis court.
A proposal, already sent to the HUDA administrator for approval, will then be forwarded to the chief engineer and the chief administrator. Bidding process will start once the project gets green signal from the headquarters. The project, which will take almost a year to complete, will benefit the 1,000 club members.
