Water supply may be hit

BANGALORE: In view of the emergency work being taken up by the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) authorities at the Cauvery Water Supply Project 1 {+s} {+t} Phase on Wednesday, water supply is likely to be hit in some parts of the city on Wednesday and Thursday.
Following the work, all pumping motors coming under the first phase would be stopped for over six hours. Consequently, water supply is likely to be affected on Wednesday and Thursday in Kumaraswamy Extension, Jayanagar 4 {+t} {+h} Block and T Block, Bhairasandra, Koramangala, Dairy Circle, CLR and Johnson Market, Ulsoor, Jeevan Bima Nagar, Indiranagar, HAL 2 {+n} {+d} and 3 {+r} {+d} stages, Murphy Town and surrounding areas.
