Settle your water woes

 

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) Managing Director, M T Krishna Babu is going to hear the grievances of customers during the 'Praja Vani Programme' on November 9 and try to settle them on the spot at HMWS&SB office in Khairatabad.

Consumers with complaints about excess billing, non functioning of water metres, non-supply of adequate water, new water supply connections, supply of water contaminated with sewerage etc may directly approach the senior officials, and get their grievances settled on the spot through mediation and conciliation.

Customers should register their grievances between 10 am and 1 pm on Monday.

The Managing Director of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB), M T Krishna Babu will interact with customers of Water Board on telephone during the dial your managing director on December 19.

Customers can call the Managing Director to convey their grievances and suggestions on Water and Sewerage issues quoting their 'CAN' number between 6 pm and 6.30 pm on the following phone numbers 66752212, 66752213, and 66752214. This will be telecast live on CTV/CTV2 Channel.

No water supply

Due to replacement of pipelines of 1200 mm dia graity main from Khanapur to Shikpet and Bhojagutta, there will be no water supply on December 19 and 20 in the following areas- Tolichowki, Golconda, Humayunagar, Mehidipatnam, Kakatiyanagar, Vijayanagar Colony, Old Mallepally, Karwan, MES, Seri Linganmaplly, Alla Banda, Mangalhat, New MLA Quarters, Secretariat, State Assembly and Adarshnagar.
