The board has decided to hold the programme at the division offices also to expand its reach.

Orders have been issued that all the General Managers (Engg) of O&M Divisions from I to XVI (except Divn VIII & XI) should conduct the programme every Monday at their division offices starting from April 12.

The Managing Director will visit one or two divisions during the programme.

The O&M Divisions, venues and designation of the officer to oversee the programme are as follows: O&M Div-I, Goshamahal, Director (Operations) - I, O&M Div-II, Goshamahal, Director (Technical), O&M Div-III, Goshamahal, CGM(E) O&M Circle-III, O&M Div-IV, Redhills, CGM(E) P&W Circle, O&M-V, Narayanaguda, Director (Finance), O&M-VI, SR Nagar, ENC & Director (Projects), O&M-VII, Marredpally, CGM(E) O&M Circle-II, O&M-IX KPHB, CGM, Transmission Circle, O&M-X, Sub-division office at NTR Nagar, CGM(E) O&M Circle-I, O&M-XII, Sub-division office at IDPL, CGM(E) O&M Circle-IV, O&M-XIII Sainikpuri CGM(E) O&M Circle-V, O&M-XIV, Sainikpuri, CGM(E) PCCI, O&M-XV, Chandanagar, CGM(E) PCC-II, O&M-XVI, Budvel, Rajendranagar, CGM(E) PCC-III, Board Head Office, Executive Director will hear the grievances.
