Water supply to be disrupted on April 22

Pune: Water supply in part of the city will be affected on April 22 due to urgent work of laying new water pipelines at Kalas to be undertaken by the PMC. The area to be affected include Lohegaon, Wagholi, Kalas, Ganeshnagar, Mhaske wasti, Dhanori, Bhairavnagar, Vidyanagar and Kharadi. The PMC has undertaken road widening work in Kalas under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM). The civic body is laying a new water pipeline in the area as the old one falls in the road area. According to the PMC, the water supply will be restored on April 23
