Three more buildings sealed
COIMBATORE: The city municipal corporation
has sealed three more buildings that were being constructed in
violation of the approved building norms on Thursday. Officials locked
and sealed an under-construction hospital building on Trichy Road and
two other commercial buildings on Sathy Road near Ganapathy as part of the drive.
"Three
more buildings were locked and sealed today. We are preparing a list of
existing buildings in the city with violations to initiate similar
action against them," said S Sivarasu, deputy commissioner, Coimbatore
corporation.
