Mobile tax collection unit schedule

TIRUCHI: The mobile computerised tax collection unit of the Tiruchi Corporation will camp in the areas under Ko. Abishekapuram zone of the Corporation from October 18 – 23. The mobile unit will be stationed in the following areas on the first two days (Monday and Tuesday):
October 18: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.: near BG sweet stall on the Vayalur main road; 11 a.m. to noon: near petrol bunk on the Ammaiyappa Nagar main road; noon to 1 p.m.: Shanmuga Nagar main road; 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.: ration shop near R. C. School; 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: near post office on the Ramalinga Nagar first main road; 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: North Muthuraja street junction, Ahmed Colony; 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.: near Puthur agraharam manthai.
October 19: 10 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.: near the EB Colony Residents Welfare Association building, EB Colony; 10.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.: near Jaganmatha Church on K. K. Nagar main road; 11 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.: near Indian Bank branch at Ranga Nagar; 11.30 a.m. to noon: near Rockfort Masala on the Colony main road; noon to 12.30 p.m.: near Pillaiyar Temple at Anbu nagar; 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m.: office of the Corporation Councillor, Madurai main road.
In a release, the Corporation Commissioner, T.T.Balsamy asked the people to take advantage of the facility. Apart from the residents of the wards where the unit will be camping, the residents of other areas too could pay the taxes, the release added.
