Corporation camps

COIMBATORE: The Coimbatore Corporation will conduct grievances redress and special services camps at its offices in East and West zones on Friday (September 17).
The camps will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Services
People in Wards 4 to 9 of East Zone and Wards 34 and 60 to 64 in West Zone can apply for Property Tax assessment and name transfer, new water connections and name transfer in water charges account, birth and death certificates, building plan approval and many other services that the Corporation offers.
Problems
Civic issues such as malfunctioning of streetlights, poor condition of roads and drainage and problems in drinking water supply can also be raised at the camp, the Corporation said in a press release issued on Thursday.
