Corporation grievance meet

COIMBATORE: Coimbatore Corporation is conducting a grievance meeting on October 22 at its East Zone office.
A release said R. Venkatachalam, Mayor, would preside over the meeting, to be held between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Anshul Mishra, Commissioner, would also participate in the meeting.
Residents of Wards 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26 – all coming under East Zone – had been asked to air their grievances for redress.
Issues related to levy of property tax, professional tax, transfer of tax assessee, new water connection, regularisation of water connection, birth and death certificates, etc. could be raised.
N. Karthik, Deputy Mayor, S.M. Samy, East Zone Chairman, and councillors would also participate in the meeting.
