Minister, Mayors’ go on bi-cycles in city

A group of people led by Urban Development, Law and Parliamentary and District-in-Charge Minister S Sureshkumar, went to a function along with Mayor Sandesh Swamy and others, at JSS Law College in the City on Wednesday.
You may be asking what’s special here? JSS University had organised a special lecture by Dr Neeraj Patil, Mayor for ‘The London Borough of Lambeth’. Dr Patil had expressed his wish to pedal on the roads of Mysore, after receiving felicitation at MCC, up to the JSS Law College in Kuvempunagar. MCC authorities quickly responded by bringing ten new sports bi-cycles from a shop. Soon after the function , Sureshkumar, Mayor and the councillors Lingappa, Nandeesh Preetham and Jayashankarswamy joined Dr Patil, on bi-cycles. They started their cyclothon from MCC office and passed through K R CIrcle, D Devaraj Urs Road, Jhansi Lakshmi Bai Road, Kukkarahalli Tank Road and then reached the College. They were escorted by the cops.
