Municipal wards’ reservation list released
Krishna district Collector Buddha Prakash M Jyothi has
released the list of wards and its reservation status for the coming
elections in the seven municipalities in Krishna district. The list also
includes the reservation for women and unreserved wards.
Unreserved wards
According
to Mr. Buddha Prakash, the elections will be conducted in the seven
municipalities in Krishna District – Machilipatnam, Gudivada, Nuzvidu,
Jaggaiahpeta, Pedana, Tiruvuru and Vuyyuru.
However, the dates of the elections are to be announced.
Out of total 208 wards in the seven municipalities, as many as 44 wards have not been reserved for any category or caste.
In district headquarters Machilipatnam, totally 11 among 42 wards have not been reserved for anyone.
In Machilipatnam, 11 out of 42 wards have not been reserved.
