No place for illegal hoardings, bunting
Deputy Commissioner M.T. Reju said that the district
administration would not allow unauthorised banners, hoardings,
advertisements, buntings, and cut-outs as these were likely to disturb
law and order in the district.
A press release issued
here on Thursday said that at a special meeting held at the Deputy
Commissioner’s Office, Mr. Reju had issued 13 guidelines to gram
panchayats, town panchayat, town municipal councils and city municipal
council on this matter. Permission should be takenbefore installing
hoardings.
