Park encroachments: court directive to GHMC
A Division Bench of A.P. High Court comprising Chief
Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sen Gupta and Justice N. V. Ramana on Monday
disposed of writ petitions filed by the residents of Zamisthanpur near
Risalagadda and Sanjeevaiah Co-operative Housing Society land at
Lalaguda, complaining that the parks in their area were being encroached
upon.
The Bench directed the GHMC Commissioner look into the representation.
