Pensioners asked to appear for annual verification
Pensioners and family pensioners who receive their
pension/family pension from the Chennai Corporation have been asked to
appear in person with their pension payment order book and a photocopy
of the whole book before the accounts officer (pension), Chennai
Corporation, on working days between 10.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. from March 1
to June 30 for annual verification.
The pension/family pension will be stopped from August 2013 onwards for those who do not get their books verified.
