RDA to offer developed plots to land owners
allotment of developed plots to the land owners in Kamal Vihar Project
Area from Friday (November 29).
The RDA took the decision after receiving permission from the Chief
Electoral Officer in Chhattisgarh to go ahead with the allotment of
plots.RDA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Amit Kataria informed in a press
release that the allotments would be made at the new RDA office in the
Bhakt Karma premises in New Rajendranagar.
The RDA has communicated to the land owners that a phone call would be
made to them and would be invited to the aforesaid RDA office to sign
the agreement.At first, the land owners who were accorded written
permission for the allotment of land at Kamal Vihar Project for Sector
4,6 and 8A with whom agreements would be signed.
The agreement would require a Non Judicial Stamp of Rs 100, five
photographs and two witnesses for the allotment of the plot.Earlier, an
agreement was signed by RDA with land owners to surrender their land and
a permission was granted for the proposed allotment of plots in the
Kamal Vihar project to them.Since the development work of the Kamal
Vihar project is underway, the land owners will be receiving developed
plots.The RDA would also sign agreements with the land owners of other
sectors in the project in future, it stated.
