Row houses auction: VUDA extends date
VUDA has extended the last date for receiving
applications online for participation in the auction of row houses at
Rushikonda till March 10. Auction will be conducted on March 15 and 16,
according to a VUDA release.
The auction this time has a provision for allotment for use as guest house by public sector and private firms.
VUDA
has developed row housing as a gated community project in 6.5 acres
close to the Vizag-Bheemili Beach Road at Rushikonda. Out of 88 units in
the project, 28 have already been allotted in two auctions.
VUDA Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj informs that any firm or individual may apply for more than one unit or in bulk.
